Are You Interested in Learning More About The Catholic Faith?
The Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (or OCIA) will begin meeting once a week after Labor Day to learn more about the faith. This session is open to those who are interested in becoming Catholic or perhaps you are already Catholic and would like to join us to learn more about the faith. We also welcome anyone who would like to be on the OCIA team and share their faith.

Sponsors for the OCIA
When one is going through the process of the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults, they are asked to select a sponsor, someone who is a witness of the faith to them, to help guide them and act as a model of the faith when the individual enters the Church at the Easter Vigil if they so decide to and are prepared to. The person considered must be of the following:
1. A practicing Catholic: meaning that they attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation and uphold all of the teachings of the Church.
